This 4 years project (2021-2025), funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (French NSF) aims at providing a better understanding of deep neural networks trained on sequential data (RNN, transformers, etc.). It regroups researchers from 4 public labs (3 in France and one in Montr\u00e9al) and the R&D center of an international firm. More details are available on the dedicated website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This 3 years project (2020-2023), funded by the plan cancer<\/a> via the INSERM<\/a>, target the development of a novel, non-invasive diagnostic tool for cancers. It regroupes researchers in computer science (Machine Learning) and in bio-physics. You will find more information on the dedicated website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This 2 years project (2016-2018), funded by the LabEx Archim\u00e8de<\/a>, aimed at the development of a toolbox for the spectral learning of Weighted Automata.
